Effective postures to relieve stress

There are some exercises that can help reduce stress and maintain energy. We are telling you about such exercises that will help in removing tiredness.

Tadasana

This stretches the body and reduces stress. Stand straight, inhale and raise your hands upwards and stand on your toes. Wait for a few seconds and exhale and come back to the original position. Repeat at least five times.

Vrikshasana

Stand straight, rest one leg near the thigh of the other leg and balance the body. Stand in this posture, join hands and close eyes. Wait for a few seconds and come back to the original position, then do this asana with the other leg as well.

Katichkrasana

This asana relaxes the spine and brings flexibility in the body. Stand up and spread your hands parallel to the shoulders and bend the body once to the right and once to the left. This helps in reducing stress.

Balasana

This is a great asana to refresh the body and mind. Sit in Vajrasana and bend forward and stretch your hands in front. This pose relaxes the back and muscles and relieves the body of stress.
